The terms that apply to this website and to engagements with Xeventix.
Last updated: 24 July 2026. These terms govern your use of xeventix.com. Client engagements are additionally governed by a signed scope document, which takes precedence where the two differ.
This website is provided for information. You may read, print and share its content for your own business purposes. You may not republish it as your own, scrape it at scale, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.
Content on this website is general information, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and does not create a client relationship. Do not act on it in relation to your own circumstances without engaging us or another qualified professional.
All paid work is defined by a written scope document setting out deliverables, timeline and price. Anything not stated in that document is out of scope. Where a scope document and these terms conflict, the scope document governs.
Project work is quoted as a fixed price and invoiced against milestones. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
On full payment, ownership of deliverables built specifically for you — code, dashboards, reports and documentation — transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and methods, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables.
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the scope document. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Engagement-specific governing law may be agreed separately in the scope document.
