How Xeventix collects, uses and protects information you share with us.

Xeventix is a finance, data, AI and technology company registered in Pakistan, serving clients across Pakistan, the Gulf, the United Kingdom and the United States. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@xeventix.com.
Information you give us. When you submit our contact or careers form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, region and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs from our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
To reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you have engaged us for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
When we perform bookkeeping, reporting or data work, we necessarily access your financial records. That data is processed only for the agreed engagement, is not used to train any model, and is not shared with anyone outside the delivery team without your written instruction. On request at the end of an engagement we will return or securely delete it.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law, after which they are deleted.
We use third-party services to run this website and our business, including our hosting provider and email provider. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights under GDPR or comparable law. Email hello@xeventix.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
